Disease and the Energy Body

Disease and the Energy Body Everything is Energy Energy is the core substance of everything in the Universe. Without it, there would be no life because life needs energy to fuel its very existence. If you’ve taken a chemistry class you probably remember learning about atoms, and that everything is made up of them. These atoms are in a constant state of motion, and depending on their speed, things appear as a solid, liquid, or gas.  Sound is a vibration as are thoughts and emotions (e-motion = energy in motion). But here is the kicker!  The whole material world is nothing but vibration.  Nothing is really ever solid, liquid or gas, however.  It just all appears that way depending on the rate atoms are vibrating.  Hence, when you heat water – a liquid – the hotter it gets (the more energy you add), it becomes a gas (vapour). Natural Therapy for Wintertime Depression

Natural Remedies for Wintertime Depression   SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder affects one in five people.  This condition begins to occur as the days shorten and we experience less sunlight.  Those with SAD can experience varying degrees of depression from a vague feeling that something is not quite right, to intense feelings of sadness and despair, and even thoughts of suicide. Along with depression, SAD sufferers may also sleep more in winter. Feelings of fatigue and lethargy may  also be prominent. Sunlight helps to regulate a multitude of hormones and neurotransmitters that control the body clock (circadian rhythm) and have strong effects on sleep, mood and behaviour.
