Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet If you read my bio page, you will already have some idea of why I advocate a raw plant based diet.  There are so many health benefits to eating a plant-based diet that I could go on for pages, however, to get to the point, I want to highlight some of the main reasons I eat raw in this article.
